AOMA Student Clinic Gift Certificate

This gift certificate will pay for 1 or for 5 acupuncture treatments (select option in the drop down menu) in the AOMA Student Intern Clinic North or South. Select the appropriate quantity in the drop down menu below. Note: the cost of 5 treatments is $140, but in the dropdown menu it says +$105 which means it will add $105 to the base of $35 for buying one. 5-visit packages can only be redeemed by one patient, and all 5 visits must be used by that patient. Gift certificate purchases will be processed via US Postal service within 5-7 business days.
